A quick reminder to all Mini 7 Racing Club members that we need to have all proposals submitted two weeks ahead of the AGM, which is to be held on Sunday 26th November, 10am, The Chiltern Hotel, Luton, LU4 9RU.
That doesn't give us much more time, so if you're brewing up an idea, please submit them to Club Chairman Nick Cooke by email this week - firstname.lastname@example.org
We need them all in by the end of Friday 10th November to collate and send out (for proxy voting) by Saturday 11th November. If you're unsure of the wording, which is often key to a successful proposal, please download the club AGM minutes from 2016 to see some examples.
